Carrie Menefee-Agurcia

Carrie Menefee-Agurcia was born and raised in the central valley.  She's also a long time Ripon resident of 25 years, loving the Almond capitol of California.  After changing from a 23-year retail management career, she decided to follow her passion, property investing.  She wanted to carry on her father's success of owning & managing both commercial and residential properties.  For the last 7 years, she has been a Property Manager for Litfin Family Partnership in Turlock, CA.

She is happily married to Eric, as they are celebrating their 1 year Anniversary soon.  They have 2 beautiful teenage girls, Riley 16 and Reece 13.  When time allows, she enjoys traveling, SUP (stand up paddle boarding), scrapbooking & going to the beach.  As a family, they love country music and going to concerts together, most recently they saw Brett Young, locally at the Fruit Yard in Modesto.
