Ryan Van Groningen

Ryan Van Groningen grew up and still lives today in Ripon, CA.  After graduating high school from Ripon Christian in 1999, Ryan attended California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.  After graduating Cal Poly in 2003 with a degree in Crop Science and minor is Agribusiness, Ryan returned home to be part of the family farming business, Van Groningen & Sons (VGS).  In most family agricultural businesses, real estate is a major component.  Through his work at VGS, he continued pursuing real estate opportunities and obtained his real estate salesperson license in 2019 and joined Northgate Commercial Real Estate in Stockton, CA on a part time basis prior to joining Core Four Realty.

 

Ryan is married to his wife Kristen and they have four children.  Ryan enjoys spending time as a family and real estate.
